To configure the time entry fields:

  1. Login to your Freshservice for MSPs account.

  2. Go to Admin > Global Settings > Service Management > Service Desk Settings > Field Manager > Time Entry Fields.



The Time Entry Fields page opens.



  1. Click any default field to view and update its properties.



  1. Update the field properties (as required), and click Done.

  2. To add a new custom field to the time entries, select the required field type from the Drag & Drop Field options.


The Field Properties dialog for adding the new custom field is shown.


  1. Enter a name for the new field in the Field Name box.

  2. Update other properties and click Done. The new custom field is added to the Time Entry Fields page.

  3. After adding or updating all the time entry field configurations, click Save.
