You can rename the Servicebot application in Slack to match your brand and improve internal adoption. This article describes how you can change the name for your Freshservice Servicebot in Slack.

To rename the bit follow these steps:

1. Open Slack and go to the Servicebot app > About tab > click Configuration.
   

4. In the Bot User section, click Edit. 

5. Enter the required name and click Save Changes. The new name will appear on Slack.
