The Freshservice for MSPs Tickets module allows agents and administrators to create new tickets, besides the tickets submitted by your contacts or clients through the service desk.
To create new tickets:
Login to your Freshservice for MSPs account.
Go to Tickets > List.
The Tickets List - New & My Open Tickets page opens.
Note:
New accounts will have the option to create sample tickets data. If sample data or real-time tickets are not yet added, the Tickets page will appear empty (as shown in the following figure).
To create new tickets, you can use the Connect your support email, Create tickets manually, or Get started with sample data option.
Click Create tickets manually on the Tickets page to create a new ticket.
Or, use theoption at the top right corner to create new tickets. The Create incident page opens.
Enter relevant details in the required fields.
If you want to add a new contact, use the Add new contact option.
Attach relevant files to the ticket (if required).
Click Submit. Or, select the relevant submission option.
