The agent and requester forms in Freshservice let you capture important data about your agents and requesters, and thereby help you provide a better support experience. You can help your team get additional context about users quickly by including custom fields based on your type of business. For example, you can collect information with custom fields for team plan, department etc. and prioritize tickets accordingly in your service desk.

Just like your ticket fields, you can add new fields to the user sign up form and make them mandatory. You can also have private fields that are visible just to your agents.

How to add Field group?


To adda field group:


  1. Click New field group.
  2. Enter the name.
  3. Specify the admin you want to add to the group.
  4. Click save.
