The Dashboard is the default landing page when you login to your Freshservice for MSPs account, where you can view some pre-configured widgets. The dashboard widgets help you track various metrics related to tickets or tasks, such as number of open tickets, unresolved tickets by status, unassigned tickets, and so on.


You can update the dashboard to set your preferences using the score card widget and chart widgets (donut chart and bar chart). Further, you can edit, delete, rearrange, or add new widgets.


Note: The dashboard view (either based on preset configurations or updated configurations) is specific to each logged-in user and visible only to that user.
