To update your Freshservice for MSPs dashboard:
Login to your Freshservice for MSPs account. By default, the Dashboard page shows you pre-configured widgets.
Click the pen icon at the top left corner next to Dashboard.
On the Update dashboard page, you can edit, rearrange, and delete existing widgets, or add new widgets.
Use the icon corresponding to any widget to rearrange widgets in the order of your preference.
Use the delete icon corresponding to a widget to delete the widget.
Select any widget type (Score Card, Donut Chart, or Bar Chart) you want to add from the Add Widgets section (for example, Bar Chart).
The new widget is added below the existing widgets.
On the right pane, update the new widget’s details, such as Module, Widget Label, and so on. Click Done.
If you want to update an existing widget, select the widget and update the required details.
After updating all the widget configurations for your dashboard, click Update dashboard.
