To view and access your Freshservice for MSPs dashboard data:
Login to your Freshservice for MSPs account. By default, the Dashboard page shows you pre-configured widgets.
Click any score card widget to access the tickets list based on the relevant tickets view (for example, Open tickets).
The Tickets List page opens based on the selected tickets view.
Hover over any specific category on a donut chart to view the percentage details of that category (as shown in the following figure). You can also click any category on a donut chart to go to the respective tickets list page.
Click the icon on any donut chart and select Table View to view the data in a tabular format.
The data relevant to the selected donut chart is shown in a tabular format (on the right pane).
Or, click the icon on any bar chart and select Table View to view the data in a tabular format. You can also click any category on a bar chart to go to the respective tickets list page.
