The widget types available on the Freshservice for MSPs application: Score Card, Donut Chart, and Bar Chart are depicted in the following figure.
(1) Score Card: This widget can be set up or updated for tickets as well as tasks modules. You can choose the preferred tickets view (such as Tickets I’m Watching, Tickets I requested, and so on), specify the widget label, and specify a numerical value for warning and critical highlights.
(2) Donut Chart: This widget can be set up or updated only for the tickets module. You can choose the preferred tickets view (such as Tickets I’m Watching, Tickets I requested, and so on), specify the widget label, and categorise data (by Status, Priority, Agent Group, and so on).
(3) Bar Chart: This widget can be set up or updated only for the tickets module. You can choose the preferred tickets view (such as Tickets I’m Watching, Tickets I requested, and so on) for the X-axis of a bar chart, categorise data (by Status, Priority, Agent Group, and so on) for the Y-axis of a bar chart, and specify the widget label.
