The Freshservice for MSPs Tasks module allows agents to view the tasks associated with each individual ticket assigned to them. You can also view the tasks associated with each individual ticket assigned to other agents.


To view the tasks associated with tickets:

  1. Login to your Freshservice for MSPs account.

  2. Go to Tasks.



The Tasks - My Tasks page opens showing you a list of tasks assigned to you.



  1. Use the  option at the top left corner of the Tasks - My Tasks page to search and select your preferred tasks view, such as All Ticket TasksMy Group Tasks, and so on.



  1. Click  to expand or collapse the Filter section. You can apply filters, such as Parent typeClientAgentsStatus, and so on to filter tasks on the Tasks page.



  1. Use the  option to customize the columns you want to view on the tasks page.



  1. Click any task title to view or update its details on the right pane.



  1. Click the  icon on the selected task section to edit or delete the task. Use the status dropdown to change the status of the task. Or, click the parent ticket link to open the ticket details page (associated with this task) in a new tab.
